You can access your email three ways. Here is what each is good for.
1. Webmail (Roundcube / Horde)
Go to http://yourdomain.com/webmail to log in.
Pros: No setup needed, works from any computer, always up to date.
Cons: Needs internet, slower than desktop apps, limited offline access.
Best for: Checking email from shared computers, occasional use.
2. Desktop Email Client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail)
Pros: Full featured, works offline, faster browsing, better organization (folders, rules, filters).
Cons: Needs initial setup, takes up disk space, only works on your computer.
Best for: Daily heavy email users, business use, managing multiple accounts.
3. Mobile Email (iPhone, Android, Gmail App)
Pros: Always with you, push notifications, easy for quick replies.
Cons: Smaller screen, fewer advanced features.
Best for: Checking email on the go, quick replies, staying notified.
What We Suggest
Most people use desktop + mobile together. Set up your email in Outlook (or Apple Mail) on your computer, and on your phone for notifications. Use webmail as a backup.
