Need Help? Here's How to Reach Us
We handle support through our Client Area ticketing system. Tickets get tracked, answered in order, and never lost - unlike email or social media DMs. Here's how to open one.
Step-by-Step
- Go to billing.yourcheaphost.com and log in with your client area credentials (same ones you used when you signed up)
- Look for the Support menu at the top, then click Tickets (or click Open New Ticket if it's on the dashboard)
- Pick the right Department:
- Billing - invoices, payments, upgrades, cancellations
- Technical Support - website issues, email problems, cPanel help, server errors
- Sales - pre-sales questions, plan recommendations
- Choose the Priority based on urgency:
- Low - general questions, feature requests
- Medium - normal issues that need fixing
- High - something is broken but not catastrophic
- Critical - your whole site is down, or you can't access your account
- Fill in a clear Subject (e.g., "Can't send emails from mydomain.com" not "Help!")
- Write your Message with as much detail as possible:
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened instead? Any error messages? Copy-paste them if you can
- What have you already tried to fix it?
- Include your domain name and cPanel username
- Attach any relevant screenshots (they help a lot)
- Click Submit
Response Times
We aim to respond to all tickets within:
- Low/Medium: Within 12 hours during business days
- High: Within 4 hours
- Critical: Within 1 hour (24/7)
You'll get an email notification when your ticket gets a reply. You can also check the status and add follow-ups right from the Client Area.
Tips for Faster Help
- One issue per ticket - keeps things clear
- Don't open multiple tickets for the same problem - it actually slows things down
- Include screenshots and exact error text when possible
- If you've already fixed it, let us know and we'll close the ticket
That's it. We'll take it from there.
